What materials do you use in your products?
We work with high quality materials such as heat-treated woods, natural wood veneers and other carefully selected inputs. All our raw materials comply with international transport regulations such as ISPM15/ISPM15.
Are there variations in handcrafted products?
Since our products are handmade, they may have slight variations in design, color or finish, reflecting their authenticity.

How can I make a purchase?
You can make your purchase directly on our website by selecting the desired product, adding it to the cart and completing the checkout process.
Do I need to register to buy?
You do not have to register to buy, but by doing so, you will be able to access benefits such as order tracking and exclusive promotions.
Can I change or cancel an order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order as long as it has not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to process your request.

What are the delivery times?

In Colombia: Between 2 and 3 business days for major cities.
In the United States: 5 to 10 business days, depending on the shipping method.

What carriers do you use?
We work with Coordinadora for domestic shipments and DHL for international shipments.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with a tracking number and a link to track your order.
What happens if my order is delayed or does not arrive?
If a delay occurs or you do not receive your order, please contact us so we can track it with the carrier and provide you with a solution.

We accept returns within 7 business days of receipt of the product, as long as the product is not customized and is in its original packaging.

What warranty do you offer?
Our products are warranted for 30 calendar days for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

What kind of customization do you offer?
We can laser engrave names, dates, messages or religious symbols on certain products. We can also make custom designs according to your needs.
Do customized products have an additional cost?
Yes, depending on the complexity of the customization, an additional cost will be applied and you will be informed before confirming the order.
Can I return a customized product?
We do not accept returns or cancellations on customized products, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
